Associate Director, Human Resources

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our HR leadership team in a strategic business partner role. This position will play a key role in shaping a high-performing workforce across the region, with a focus on employee experience, engagement, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional leaders and corporate functions to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Provide counsel on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Employee Experience & Engagement:

  • Lead the design and execution of employee experience strategies across the region to strengthen engagement, retention, and culture.
  • Drive regional employee engagement programs, listening strategies, and action planning in partnership with business leaders.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:

  • Oversee regional employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Talent Attraction, to implement innovative sourcing and attraction strategies.
  • Ensure a strong candidate and new hire experience aligned with company values.

Leadership & People Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing direct report (Senior Manager, Talent Attraction).
  • Collaborate with HR teams to deliver best-in-class HR practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/business partner capacity in a multinational organization.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in employee engagement, employer branding, and talent attraction within a regional role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor markets, and cultural nuances across the region.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at senior leadership levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Collaborative, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
