**The Company**

Our client is a listed company within the manufacturing sector. They are currently seeking to hire an HR Director. This is a regional role.

**The Role**

As an HRD, you will lead a team of senior HR professionals within the Asia and Europe region. You will provide strategic guidance and support for the HR leadership team, partner with internal stakeholders closely and act as an advisory to the senior management on all HR matters. Some of the key responsibilities include developing plans and implementing key HR processes, leading compensation and benefits design, and driving the annual performance appraisal exercise, participating in mergers and acquisitions integrations, etc.

**Your Profile**

You should be IHRP certified and have a track record of 15-20 years' experience in the HR capacity, possess strong stakeholder management and critical analytical and decision-making as well as presentation skills. Prior experience in listed companies will be an advantage. Regional exposure required.
