Regional HR Director

The growth is both organic and with aquations of companies in the region, hence the reason for brining onboard a strategic strong HR Director with experience from rapid growth and inclusion of acquired companies to the group.

As APAC HR Director, you will play a critical role in formulating and driving our expansion strategy from the perspective of human resources.

As the Regional HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations within the designated region. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and existing HR team members, to develop and implement HR initiatives at a high level, aligned with the company's expansion goals and objectives.

**Location**:Philippines + business travel to Southeast Asia and Greater China.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the regional HR strategy in alignment with the company's overall HR vision and business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success and professional growth.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR advice and solutions that drive business performance.
- Oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Implement effective employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans, to support employee growth and productivity.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry trends.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, providing counseling, and recommending appropriate actions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Partner with the compensation and benefits team to develop and administer competitive compensation programs and benefits packages.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends and recommending actions to address potential issues or opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR, and proactively bring innovative ideas to the table.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Regional HR Leader, preferably in technology industry, with a track record of driving HR strategies that support and grow business plans.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in APAC region.
- Biliingual in English and Mandarin to be able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders in the region.
- Demonstrated experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a high level of integrity and ethics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
