You’ll develop, lead and manage end to end employee relations, HR and engagement strategies, programmes and processes across APAC and beyond. You’re self-driven and able to navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrix environment - you thrive when given the autonomy and trust to set things up. You’re happy to remain hands-on when moving things forward for the benefit of our employees, all while providing strategic advisory within an ever-evolving business setting. **Role**:

- Requires you to have a natural passion and knack for setting up and running programmes from the ground up across annual reviews, APAC-wide compensation structures, career development, work-life coaching, internal mobility.
- Have clear and strategic solutions for ongoing challenges to improve employee experience while overseeing the Talent & HR Ops infrastructure together with our Talent & HR Ops Manager (reporting to you).
- Managing everyday employee relations, communications and HR matters and ensuring a seamless employee journey when partnering up with our Talent Community, Experience and Talent Acquisition team.
- Foster trust-based relationships, provide a strategic interface through data-driven insights when working closely with the CEO, business managers, team leads, individual employees, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Understand the business model, growth plans and the financial implication when driving employee-led initiatives and policies.
- Focusing on automation, technology adoption, dynamic self-served functionalities, ongoing communications through employee handbooks, guidelines and a self-served FAQ portal for policies and processes.
- Evolving our learning and wellbeing programmes, including helping to normalise talking about mental health and aspiring our employees to step on a continuous learning path, curated specially for them and their needs.
- Guide the business leaders, team managers and employees to facilitate behavioural change through customised recognition initiatives.
- Be aware and know your way around HR basics such as APAC wide employment laws and regulations, contractual terms, payroll, onboarding and offboarding.
- Understand competitor practices, compensation structures, benefits and general market data in order to influence employee-related strategies that help the business remain competitive.
- Be the go-to person for grievances, conflict resolution, investigations, and disputes.

**You**:

- 8+ years of experience as an HR Director/Manager, HRBP, Talent Management Lead, L&D Manager within an agency or marketing consultancy.
- Experienced with building large scale transformation programmes across performance management, employee relations, L&D and C&B from the ground up and then leading, delivering and communicating while managing everyday employee relations.
- A proven record of being a confident HR business partner with the ability to build and maintain rapport with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- An articulate and confident communicator and leader with a strong personal presence, business acumen and a natural ability to influence and convey impactful messages.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge of various HRIS’s available in the market, APAC-wide employment laws and regulations and the ability to mitigate risk on behalf of the organisation.
- Strategic thinker and planner who also champions excellence through daily administrative operations.
- Ability to handle continuous change and ambiguity and make decisions based on incomplete data.
