- Conduct fair and thorough investigations into allegations of violations of Shopee’s HR policies or local laws and other employee grievances
- Partner closely with HRBPs, Legal and local HR teams across the region to advise on local investigation processes, policies and compliance matters
- Triage Employee Relations cases and identify potential solutions to address different case types and actions appropriately by providing clear guidelines
- Analyse and track Employee Relations trends to proactively create a positive organisational culture and build HRBPs’ and Team Leads’ capabilities on managing Employee Relations cases
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to identify gaps and suggest improvements in Ethics and Integrity processes and procedures
- Drive special projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives as needed, to enhance efficiency of HR operation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner role
- Experience in conducting investigations and advising on disciplinary and investigation processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams, regions and time zones
- Strong conflict management, negotiation skills and a sense of urgency
- Good listener, able to identify issues and provide practical solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and succinct guidance and instructions
- Ability to exercise discretion and judgement in managing complex situations and handling sensitive information
