We’re looking for a Human Resources/Employee Relations professional who works independently and will support the ER team in Asia and Pacific.

This is a regional role in which you will play a key part in driving uniformity, consistency, and collaboration across the HR function in its use of shared resources, guides, and templates.

As an ER Specialist, you will work on a large variety of projects and be responsible for creating best practice templates for HR, managers, and colleagues to support good Employee Relations.

**We will count on you to**:

- Help build upon the ER function by driving our unified model in the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Macau, Myanmar
- Take ownership of continuous development of APAC country colleague guides, offer letters and all other HR documents to to account for: statutory, policy and administrative updates, with a view to ensuring consistency across businesses and countries where possible.
- Liaise with other HR Centres of Excellence including HR Services and Talent Acquisition to ensure updated templates are being used on a case-by-case basis.
- Work with stakeholders such as IT on projects which require collation of documents or information or assistance with actioning HR related matters.
- Arrange accurate translation of documents from English into foreign languages (Chinese, Japanese, Bahasa, Vietnamese) and vice versa.
- Manage PDFs, including conversions to word, consolidation of PDFs and redaction of information where required.
- Be an expert on our intranet and where to find resources for ER.
- Develop tools to support ER processing including scripts and letter templates.
- Contribute to HR training sessions, including creating PowerPoint slides.
- Work on continuous development of APAC country colleague guides to account for statutory, policy and administrative updates.

**What you need to have**:

- A highly organized mindset
- Exceptional writing, presentation skills and attention to detail
- An interest in employment laws and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent capability in document and database management practices

- Prior Employee relations, employment law or paralegal experience
