As a Senior Employee Relations professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's employee relations landscape by supporting the development and delivery of employee relations programs to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and counsel managers and HR partners on performance management philosophies, providing feedback, resources, and training materials to inform decision-making and guide best practices.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners around employee interpersonal challenges, conduct issues, leadership concerns, and other employee relations matters, offering expert guidance and support to employees, managers, and leaders across the organization.

  • Conduct low- to moderate-complexity investigations, grievance processes, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and providing actionable insights to drive business outcomes.

  • Administer and maintain internal Employee Relations Management systems, creating cases, recording detailed notes, updating case status, conducting audits, and compiling reports for key stakeholders.

  • Drive process improvements and standardize Employee Relations functions across the organization, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience globally.

  • Develop and expand training materials to empower a growing audience of managers and employees, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs and create relevant content.

  • Partner with Global Employment Law teams to provide coaching and expertise on HR policies, processes, and programs, staying up-to-date on local and regional legislation to ensure compliance.

  • Standardize processes and improve efficiency using ServiceNow and Gen AI capabilities, demonstrating a forward-thinking mindset to drive future process enhancements and document Employee Relations procedures.

  • Foster a culture of engagement and inclusivity, working with HR partners and business stakeholders to drive high levels of employee satisfaction and well-being.

  • Support strategic projects and initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to provide effective feedback and coaching to employees and leaders at all levels, leading with empathy and helping others reflect and grow in response to workplace challenges.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, empathy, and active listening skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone to influence leaders and employees across the organization.

  • Strong learning agility and ability to manage complex workloads, juggling competing priorities, navigating ambiguous situations with composure and effectiveness.

  • Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment, with the ability to assess situations objectively and reach positive outcomes.

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, leveraging AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's impact on the function or industry.

  • 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in an Employee Relations role, with expertise in performance management/improvement and/or workplace investigation experience.

  • Experience with HR ticketing systems, ServiceNow platform knowledge desired, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday).
