Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for individual and corporate clients, ensuring seamless integration into our systems.
  • Conduct regular reviews and enhanced due diligence (EDD) of existing clients to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Perform thorough name and background screening of counterparties, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sanctions, and adverse media checks.
  • Provide expert guidance to our front office team on customer due diligence (CDD) requirements, ensuring accurate and timely completion of onboarding processes.
  • Continuously review and improve our onboarding workflow, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Role Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Management, with 3-5 years of experience in securities or private banking.
  • Prior experience in complex trust structures or complex fund investments is highly desirable.
  • ACAMS or ICA certification is a plus, and proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients.
