We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Managed Service Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the client onboarding process, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding Management: Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and reviewed in a timely manner.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of KYC operations specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize the client onboarding experience.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on client onboarding and KYC operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving process improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance.
