About The Edge Partnership
We are a leading financial services firm dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding processes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client static data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle account openings, closures, and updates, reviewing relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough reviews of change maintenance requests related to Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to our workflow.
- Perform other relevant tasks, such as handling reference letter requests and processing online banking accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in client onboarding and data maintenance in a financial services firm, preferably in wealth management or private banking.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various departments.
- Experience with Avaloq is highly desirable.
