Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team at The Edge Partnership. As a key member of our Private Banking division, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding experiences while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

  • Manage client approval end-to-end, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Review new account opening documentation for completeness and validity, ensuring adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on clients, including source of wealth verification and adverse media screening.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of client onboarding processes.
  • Escalate higher-risk relationships and reputation risks to the PvB Compliance team.
Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field of study.
  • At least 6 years of working experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Compliance with a focus on Private Banking/Wealth Management.
  • A solid understanding of regulatory requirements relating to Private Banking CDD/AML.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism, with a keen attention to detail.
