Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MEP Technical Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience with technical drawing software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Drawing: Prepare and update technical drawings for various projects, including renovations and new constructions.
  • Shop Drawings: Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings for electrical, air-conditioning, fire sprinkler, and plumbing systems.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure drawing accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain organized drawing files and drawing logs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, company standards, and project specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD: The ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings is essential.
  • MEP Knowledge: A strong understanding of MEP services layout, installation sequencing, and coordination principles is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Local Building Codes: Knowledge of local building codes and standards is required.
