Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Drafter to work on preparing and updating technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems in renovation projects.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for creating coordinated MEP drawings (plans, sections, details) based on design inputs and site conditions.

You will also develop shop drawings and as-built drawings for electrical, air-conditioning, fire sprinkler, and plumbing systems, while coordinating with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure drawing accuracy.

Maintenance of organized drawing files and drawing logs is also a crucial part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this position, along with the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Strong understanding of MEP services layout, installation sequencing, and coordination principles is also required.
