Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Drafter who can prepare and update technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems in renovation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with building codes, company standards, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare Coordinated MEP Drawings: Develop plans, sections, and details based on design inputs and site conditions.
- Develop Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings: Create detailed drawings for electrical, air-conditioning, fire sprinkler, and plumbing systems.
- Cordinate with Engineers, Architects, and Site Teams: Resolve discrepancies and ensure drawing accuracy.
- Maintain Organized Drawing Files: Keep track of drawing logs and ensure timely updates.
- Diploma or Certificate: In Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in MEP drafting.
- Skillset: Proficient in AutoCAD, ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, strong understanding of MEP services layout, installation sequencing, and coordination principles.
- No Charges: For any service rendered.
- Assistance in Material Take-Offs (MTOs): When required.
