MEP Drafter Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Drafter.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating technical drawings for various systems in renovation projects.

This role requires a strong understanding of MEP services layout, installation sequencing, and coordination principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop coordinated MEP drawings based on design inputs and site conditions.
  • Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for electrical, air-conditioning, fire sprinkler, and plumbing systems.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure drawing accuracy.
  • Incorporate revisions based on feedback and ensure timely updates.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and logs.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in MEP drafting.
  • Experience in construction, engineering consultancy, or building services projects preferred.
Tech Skills:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and standards.
