MEP Drafter Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Drafter to contribute to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating technical drawings for mechanical (air-conditioning), electrical, fire protection (sprinklers), and plumbing systems in renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Drawing Preparation: Develop coordinated MEP drawings (plans, sections, details) based on design inputs and site conditions.
  • Shop Drawing Development: Create shop drawings and as-built drawings for electrical, air-conditioning, fire sprinkler, and plumbing systems.
  • Coordination and Revision: Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure drawing accuracy. Incorporate revisions based on consultant/client feedback and ensure timely updates.
  • Drawing Management: Maintain organized drawing files and drawing logs. Ensure compliance with building codes, company standards, and project specifications.

Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Drafters work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
