Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Drafter Assistant MEP to join our team. As a Drafter Assistant MEP, you will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CAD designs using current software such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Ensure quality standards are met in all CAD drawings
  • Redesign drawings based on mark-ups and specifications
  • Review drawings for completeness and accuracy
  • Translate hand drawings and sketches into CAD systems
  • Evaluate and interpret mechanical/process designs and drawings
  • Create work methodologies and strategies
  • Maintain project documentation and update all drawings
  • Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, coordination, and integration of engineering and M&E drawings
  • Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience as a 2D CAD drafter in building & construction
  • Proficient in MEP drawing, AutoCAD software, MS Office
