Job Title: MEP Drafter


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems in renovation projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in MEP drafting.
  • Experience in construction, engineering consultancy, or building services projects preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare coordinated MEP drawings (plans, sections, details) based on design inputs and site conditions.
  2. Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings for electrical, air-conditioning, fire sprinkler, and plumbing systems.
  3. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure drawing accuracy.
  4. Incorporate revisions based on consultant/client feedback and ensure timely updates.
  5. Maintain organized drawing files and drawing logs.
  6. Ensure compliance with building codes, company standards, and project specifications.
  7. Assist in material take-offs (MTOs) or bill of quantities (BOQ) when required.
