About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Onboarding team, driving customer success and growth through strategic initiatives and talent development. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for crafting and executing programs to enhance customer onboarding, identify expansion opportunities, and promote adoption of MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Onboarding CSMs, focusing on effective feedback, coaching, and enablement.
  • Partner with the Customer Success Centre of Excellence to design and execute strategic initiatives, driving growth and improvement across the CS organization.
  • Develop trusted relationships with Sales and CS leadership through regular stakeholder engagement and proactive collaboration.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive initiatives that enhance customer onboarding and adoption.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in hiring, developing, and managing high-performing teams, with a passion for talent development and growth.
  • Experience working in fast-growing environments, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on prioritization, time management, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree combined with 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a customer success or onboarding capacity.
