Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our Zendesk software, and driving business growth.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will consult with customers on a wide range of Zendesk solutions, providing them with expert guidance and support to ensure they are getting the most out of our platform. You will work closely with our sales and support teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with Zendesk software.
  • Consult with customers on a wide range of Zendesk solutions, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
