Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring customers achieve their business objectives through the effective use of Red Hat products and platforms. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their technical and business priorities, and developing success plans to address these needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their business objectives.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for increased consumption and track progress against targets.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful adoption of Red Hat products and platforms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success management, technical consulting, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of Red Hat products and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
