Customer Success Manager

MongoDB is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Onboarding Success Manager. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes with MongoDB.
As an Onboarding Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers to successfully implement MongoDB, project managing initial enablement plans, and introducing them to the broader MongoDB ecosystem. You will be the first point of contact for some of our most strategic customers after their initial sale, and will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of onboarding new customers across your business segment
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure effective introduction to the platform
- Develop and deliver customized enablement and onboarding plans to ensure customers set up the product correctly and their teams are set up for success
- Proactively identify risk and growth signals during the onboarding process
- 3-5 years of experience working in a customer success, implementation consultant, onboarding manager, technical project management, or similar customer-centric role
- Exceptional project management skills, with ability to hold customers and internal stakeholders accountable to action items
- A mind for technology, with aptitude and curiosity to learn about MongoDB and databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of organization and attention to detail
- Team player with passion for collaboration, with prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology a plus
