About the Role

The Customer Success Executive is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring our customers achieve success with our products and platforms. This role involves working closely with customers to develop success plans, lead technical engagements, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to achieve business objectives
  • Understand customers' technical and business priorities, and identify opportunities for increased consumption
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create migration and modernization roadmaps for customers
  • Orchestrate design and discovery sessions to build plans for implementing solutions
  • Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights and best practices with internal teams
  • Target and resolve issues to remove impediments and prove the value of our technologies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, customer success management, technical consulting, or a related field
  • Experience with technical project planning and execution management
  • Ability to deliver consultative customer-facing engagements
  • Practical knowledge of DevOps and agile concepts, application development, and deployment tools
  • Experience with public cloud providers and Kubernetes-based solutions is a plus
