Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Cornerstone OnDemand. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective use of our talent management solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the transition from implementation to go-live and support clients in achieving self-sufficiency
  • Educate clients on self-service tools, release processes, and other customer programs to ensure a successful partnership
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the solution
  • Conduct regular meetings and engagements with clients to provide continued success with talent management processes, workflows, and system configuration
  • Develop a consultative relationship with clients and work in conjunction with account management to provide solution planning support
  • Partner with sales and account management to ensure alignment at all levels of the relationship throughout the partnership
  • Advise clients on process/system risks based on organizational constraints and develop solutions to mitigate risks
  • Engage the appropriate consultants and technical resources as necessary
  • Support account managers in up-selling and cross-selling additional Cornerstone products and services
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand cloud offerings and configuration options
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience using Cornerstone OnDemand application
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organized and methodical with excellent follow-up to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Citizen of and/or permanent resident in the country the candidate applies for
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SPHR, CCO, CPLP designation
