Senior HR Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall business plans and goals.
  • Design and implement a competitive compensation framework, including salary increments and bonuses.
  • Develop and implement overall HR plans and policies, including recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • Provide professional advice and support to senior management and departmental heads on all HR-related matters.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Assume an HR business partnering role with senior management to achieve effective and efficient HR practices and systems.
  • Champion HR initiatives and projects in alignment with the organization's mission.
Requirements:
  • Degree and above qualification in business management, HR, or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in assuming Human Resource Partnering roles, preferably in oil trading industries.
  • Strong ability to manage different stakeholders in various cultures.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Can-do spirit, positive attitude, and passion for Human Resources professionalism.
