We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking HR professional to assume the role of Human Resources Business Partner. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic HR support to the business.
- Provide HR guidance and advice to management on employment matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company objectives and compliance with Singapore labour laws.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring effective manpower planning and talent acquisition.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including KPIs, evaluations, and employee engagement strategies.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
- Support department heads in workforce planning, organisational development, and employee retention.
- Lead HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IR8A, MOM submissions).
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with minimum 2 years of leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
