  • Support department heads in workforce planning, organisational development, and employee retention.
  • Lead HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IR8A, MOM submissions).
Requirements:
  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with minimum 2 years of leadership role.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
