Senior Development Strategist Position Available

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Development Strategist to lead strategic interventions that support business transformation, workforce agility, and cultural alignment.

This is a unique opportunity to design and implement impactful talent and organizational development initiatives that drive business performance.

  • Partner with business stakeholders and local HR teams to assess and address talent and organizational development needs.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans to strengthen leadership and talent development, meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize organizational effectiveness and work efficiency by leveraging digital tools and data-driven insights.
  • Promote career pathways by reinforcing available frameworks and tools, and facilitate talent conversations that support career growth, internal mobility, and capability development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering impactful talent and OD programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and markets.
  • Experience in change management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities.
