Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive business growth and foster a positive work environment.
Taking on a pivotal role in shaping our organization's human resources strategy, this position will oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure effective HR operations
- Champion a strong, inclusive workplace culture
- Spearhead key organizational development initiatives such as leadership development and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Provide strategic input on workforce planning and organizational structure
- Drive change management initiatives and lead a high-performing HR team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of broad-based HR experience with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles
- Prior experience in the industry is an advantage
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal abilities
- Proven capability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
- In-depth knowledge in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
- A hands-on, pragmatic leadership style that effectively balances strategy and execution
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance standards
