In this role, you will oversee all human resources aspects related to our operations in India. This includes driving strategic HR initiatives, leading a growing team, and supporting the expansion of our workforce from 2,000 to 3,000 employees spread across various manufacturing sites.

Your key responsibilities will involve leading HR strategy and operations across our manufacturing sites in India. You will be responsible for managing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and development.

To achieve success in this position, you should have at least 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong strategic, operational, and people leadership skills are essential for this role.
