Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

The company is seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Leader to spearhead human resource initiatives at the group level.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic planning, talent management, and change leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective people management.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Lead the design and execution of employee engagement programs, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results through targeted HR interventions.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends and best practices in HR, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and at least 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Group HR Manager in a multi-entity or regional setup. You should also have a strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in Total Rewards or Learning & Development. Additionally, you should be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
