Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual performance and compensation review processes
  • Support organizational development, change management, and engagement programs
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence and shared services to deliver effective HR solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in HR, including 5–7 years in business partnering at managerial level
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, with a proven track record of success in complex environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
  • Resilience, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities
