We are seeking a talented HR professional to join our organization in a strategic role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support to HR Business Partners, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR projects and processes across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective HR operational processes to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to HR Business Partners.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and deliver HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Manage performance appraisals, development plans, and career progression opportunities for HR Business Partners.
- Lead administrative processes surrounding contract renewals, including scheduling, notifications, and follow-up activities.
- Conduct investigations into employee grievances and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Advise employees on various HR-related matters, including family-friendly leave and work-life balance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
