HR Manager Role

The HR Manager is a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. This position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for developing and implementing human resources functions that drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee retention, and performance management.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, understanding their priorities and needs to inform HR initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in HR processes, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement HR programs that drive business outcomes, such as recruitment strategies, compensation plans, and benefits packages.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and top management on HR-related matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Oversee general administration, facilities management, housekeeping, reception, and sales administration.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business or Human Resources.
  • At least 1 year of HR leadership experience and 3 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Possess business acumen, leadership skills, and HR expertise in respective domains.
  • Global and cultural effectiveness, open-mindedness, cross-cultural communication, and diversity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
