Job Description:

The role of Operational Excellence Manager plays a pivotal part in shaping and refining HR frameworks to support operational teams. This position ensures that HR policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory standards, tailored to the unique needs of a facility management workforce.

  1. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that foster operational efficiency and compliance with MOM regulations.
  2. They will lead workforce planning initiatives to support contract mobilization and manpower forecasting.
  3. Collaboration with operations teams is essential to align HR strategies with service delivery goals.
  4. Monitoring policy effectiveness and recommending improvements based on feedback and performance data is a critical aspect of this role.
  5. Supporting audits, ISO certifications, and statutory reporting related to HR functions is also an important responsibility.
  6. Maintaining and improving SOPs from time to time to fit business exigencies and operations needs is another key duty.
  7. Conducting market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits for FM roles is necessary to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of HR experience

Strong understanding of Singapore labour laws

Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools
