Culinary Leadership Role

As an Executive Culinary Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, driving culinary excellence and food safety standards. Your expertise in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership will ensure seamless execution of our culinary vision.

This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional culinary skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have strong proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Menu Development: Design new recipes and maintain consistency in food presentation and taste, aligning with our café concept and seasonal trends.
  2. Kitchen Operations: Oversee efficient food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
  3. Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff to achieve exceptional performance and high levels of customer satisfaction, fostering a positive team culture.
  4. Quality & Cost Control: Ensure portion control, minimize food wastage, manage inventory, place orders, and monitor suppliers for quality and cost efficiency.
  5. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices, ensuring kitchen operations comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a Singapore Citizen, PR, or Malaysian Citizen with an SPM qualification and above. Strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
