Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Development Manager to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining sales pipelines by prospecting, forecasting, and projecting expected sales volumes and profits for both existing and new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitors' activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Engage with new, existing, and potential clients, providing sales support and collaborating with partners to close deals and add value to the sales process.
  • Contribute to the team's overall service delivery excellence by staying updated on industry developments through product workshops, internal training sessions, and networking events.
  • Plan and execute sales activities, including site visits and surveys as needed, to develop new customer accounts.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent negotiation skills, experience with CRM systems, and strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have knowledge of account management, security systems, sales processes, and data management. A Class 3 driving license is also required for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development, marketing, and customer satisfaction. You should also be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the Operations team to implement agreed-upon solutions for customers.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, life insurance, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
