Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement competitive strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the implementation of strategic plans to capitalize on emerging markets.
  • Conduct market research to gather intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product launches.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects to set project specifications for commercial and residential projects.
  • Organize and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage tender documentation and provide translation support as needed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts for the 'Project' and 'Distributor' sectors.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients upon request.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Sales-driven approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Possess strong initiative and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Relevant experience in consumer durables and building distribution networks is an added advantage.
