Job Title: Strategic Sales and Business Development ManagerEstimated Salary: SGD 60,000 - SGD 90,000 per annumJob DescriptionCompany OverviewRIGEL TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD is a dynamic organization with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement competitive strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the implementation of strategic plans to capitalize on emerging markets.
- Conduct market research to gather intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product launches.
- Maintain relationships with clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects to set project specifications for commercial and residential projects.
- Organize and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage tender documentation and provide translation support as needed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts for the 'Project' and 'Distributor' sectors.
- Provide technical assistance to clients upon request.
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Sales-driven approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Possess strong initiative and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant experience in consumer durables and building distribution networks is an added advantage.
