We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Sales Business Developer to join our team at WECRUIT PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospects, forecasting demand, and projecting sales volumes and profitability for both existing and new products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to stay competitive.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends by participating in product workshops, internal training sessions, and networking events.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering sales support and working with partners to close deals and enhance the sales process.
  • Ticket Planning: Plan and carry out sales activities, including client visits and site surveys as required.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and grow new customer accounts, broadening the client portfolio.
  • Pre-sales Activities: Oversee pre-sales activities, including preparing and submitting quotations, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Technical Support: Provide customers with technical and engineering information on products and services to address their needs.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations team to execute and deliver customer solutions effectively.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent negotiation, CRM, account management, sales, interpersonal, data management, marketing, sales process, merchandising, B2B, IT security system, class 3 driving license, communication, customer satisfaction, customer service, key account management, and business development skills.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
