Job Description

As a key member of our Syntegon team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and developing sales of new machines in the FDV & FDH product group within the assigned countries in SEA. Your primary objective is to achieve sales targets in the assigned region while ensuring customer satisfaction and representing the brand effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned SEA region for the FDV & FDH product group.
  • Manage the project pipeline within the assigned region and develop winning proposals in collaboration with the FDV & FDH Site Sales team.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop market and customer strategies for the FDV & FDH product group in the assigned region.
  • Represent the brand "Syntegon" and uphold its values and standards in all interactions.

Background and Requirements:
  • Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related technical/commercial field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Over 7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a multinational company, with more than 5 years of experience in new machine sales within the packaging or special machines industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), and strong initiative and result orientation.
  • Willingness to learn and understand technical requirements and technology, experience with local business ethics, and readiness to travel up to 60% within the region.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
