**Position Title**:
Regional Channel Leader - SEA
***Position Summary**:
Responsible for transformational growth activities through co-developing and implementing the SEA Channel strategy, enabling Channel partners & MPM Commercial Teams to deliver strategic, profitable & sustainable Y/Y growth

Lead the effort to significantly grow the revenue we achieve via our Distribution Channel Partners by engaging with, and optimizing the best Distributors in each of our business segments across SEA
***Job Description**:

- Ensure that every Channel partner conducts business in strict compliance with all local & regional laws and in line with MPM’s Code of Conduct and maintain a 100% signed CoC for all Dealers and Distributors
- Deliver revenue growthA.O.P. (Annual Operating Plan) for the region
- Maintain, Manage, Upgrade & Renew Distributor Agreements/Contracts as required
- Lead or actively participate in Distributor Summits and internal sales meetings
- Identify and collaborate to fill any market or geographic gaps in Distributor coverage
- Implement the global Channel strategy in the region, which supports the needs of the business Segments
- Optimize Distributor mix to increase effectiveness, reduce complexity, avoid redundancy and eliminate “Resellers” and Non-Contracted “Dealers” wherever possible
- Conduct a strategic and growth evaluation of each strategic Distributor and any potential channel partner under consideration
- Effectively use the scorecard/heatmap tool to list & assess Channel partner performance across SEA, properly rate and categorize their capabilities, then utilize strategic and critical thinking skills to engage with commercial leaders to make difficult choices around optimizing partnerships for the long run.
- Update & Maintain SAP Data relating to Channel Partner categories and ensure consistently with Compliance Review Board (CRB) Reporting. Similarly maintain SharePoint Database filing system to Channel standards.

***Additional Details**:

- 10 + years of B2B commercial experience in a customer facing sales role with client account accountability
- 1st hand experience managing Channel partners in the specialty chemicals industry preferred
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, both internal and external
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Exceptional analytical thinking skills, with the ability to discern data patterns, uncover anomalies and see the larger picture and strategic long term objectives
- Strong conversational English speaking fluency with excellent business communication style
