The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR operations, including recruitment, training, and development. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR administrative support to ensure smooth running of daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of mandatory contributions.
  • Manage new staff onboarding, probationary evaluation, and exit process.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and up-to-date employee records.
  • Coordinate employee insurance renewals and updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with government regulations and requirements, and handle work passes applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Liaise with departments for staff benefits and welfare.
  • Support company events and staff engagement activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field, with payroll processing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and Singapore Employment Law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
  • Positive working attitude, meticulous, and organized.
  • People-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player, self-driven, and able to work independently.
