Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be tasked with driving Sales and Profit objectives within your designated region, ensuring an exceptional Customer Experience that aligns with our Sales Market aspirations. You will lead a dedicated team, nurturing their development while emphasizing succession planning, talent growth, and performance management based on measurable outcomes and leadership principles. Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager, you will steer both business operations and team dynamics in accordance with our corporate standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance sales and profitability by delivering outstanding customer experiences, assessing sales and profit metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize results.
  • Focus on initiatives that influence sales performance, such as executing best practices in store operations, upholding customer service excellence, and managing inventory effectively.
  • Mitigate loss, monitor the competitive landscape, and pinpoint potential risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for your team in alignment with the sales market strategy.
  • Encourage talent and leadership growth within your team, embodying the values and culture of the organization.

Qualifications

Successful candidates for the Regional Sales Leader role will possess a strong customer-centric approach, commercial insight, and a fervor for talent development and leadership. They will demonstrate the capability to achieve results, prioritize objectives, and have a background in retail leadership.

  • Extensive leadership experience within the retail industry.

  • Strong sales acumen and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365.
