Senior Officer, Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Officer, Customer Experience at NTUC Club. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Job Responsibilities
This role involves managing various internal projects, enhancing staff engagement, and guest experience initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive ideation, creation, and execution of service engagement initiatives from start to finish
- Oversee and manage current service initiatives to ensure continued effectiveness and alignment to service engagement goals
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The ideal candidate will be measured on their ability to:
- Deliver high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Increase staff engagement and retention rates
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective project management
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Events Management, or related studies
- At least 2 years of work experience in customer service or events management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and adhere to timelines
What We Offer
