About the Role

This leadership position plays a crucial part in setting the direction and providing support to the Inside Sales Team Individual Contributors.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic deal structuring and accurate deal forecasting.
  2. Participation in client interactions and working to upskill and improve the Sales Team's conversions.
  3. Leading an experienced team of new business professionals selling to SMB and Enterprise clients in Greater China.
  4. Managing, optimizing and scaling Similarweb's world-class Sales Team in Singapore as we look to scale our new business motion focused on Greater China.
  5. Planning the sales penetration strategy for defined markets, identifying human resource needs to implement strategy and increase the company reach.
  6. Using knowledge of Market Intelligence to effectively articulate our value proposition and benefits to prospects and clients across the Greater China region.
  7. Key performance metrics include exceeding revenue and retention goals through efficient management of the full sales process and world-class execution across the entire funnel.

About the Ideal Candidate

  1. 8+ years of total work experience.
  2. 3+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Leader or Team Manager with a strong track record in building and running successful teams/business units focused on the Greater China Region.
  3. Fluent in English and Mandarin (business level) to service customers in the Greater China Region.
  4. Experienced in SaaS Sales.
  5. Experienced and successful in developing and implementing end-to-end strategic business plans on a regional level.
  6. Salesforce proficiency.
  7. Strong understanding of the digital marketing space with experience in market Intelligence.
  8. Solid interviewing skills with experience in hiring and ramping new sales representatives and account managers.
  9. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to inspire, lead and motivate multiple teams.
  10. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  11. Proven history of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients at a senior level.
