Executive Customer Experience Officer

We are seeking an Executive Customer Experience Officer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys via phone and field visits, scheduling interview appointments with respondents, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data. They will also be required to resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents, as well as deliver highest level of customer experience.
The role offers a competitive salary of SGD $50,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, annual leave, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys via phone and field visits to gather data and feedback from customers.
- Schedule interview appointments with respondents to ensure timely completion of surveys.
- Verify the accuracy and reliability of data collected during surveys.
- Resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver highest level of customer experience through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
