Job Summary

As a Consultant in the Executive Compensation Practice of WTW's Talent & Rewards Business, you will perform the following job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research on annual incentive plans and long-term incentive plan design and practice.
  • Conduct statistical analyses of executive compensation data.
  • Model financial impact of compensation plans.
  • Conduct performance metrics studies.
  • Monitor executive and director compensation trends.
  • Participate in broader total rewards projects including performance management, executive benefits, performance optimization, cash/non-cash reward and recognition.
  • Deliver superior, consistent project management for multiple and often prestige clients:
  • Ensure effective Contracting; draft statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teams.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives including support on developing compensation work and methodology approaches, writing and supporting proposals and conducting surveys.
  • Contribute to intellectual eminence and development of POVs on executive compensation topics.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects.

Requirements
This role requires a strong understanding of executive compensation principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
