Job Overview:

Koelnmesse Pte Ltd, a leading trade fair organizer, is seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll, developing and implementing standardized HR policies, and supporting performance appraisal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
  2. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
  3. Develop and implement standardized HR policies and practices across various countries.
  4. Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
  5. Assist with the recruitment process and help organize social events, team buildings, and trainings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5 years of working experience in human resources, with payroll experience being a must.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and interact with employees at all levels and in various countries.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
