**Operations Supervisor Role Overview**


We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and setup of buffet food and equipment to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and set-up buffet food and equipment to clients efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage inventory of equipment used for events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery and collection of all buffets and/or equipment as per the delivery schedule.
  • Process payments from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition to ensure safety on the road.

Requirements:

  • A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential to interact with customers effectively.
  • The ability to lift relatively heavy loads is necessary for this role.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays is expected.
