Job Title: Multifaceted Manufacturing Supervisor


Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to assume the role of Multifaceted Manufacturing Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of manufacturing operators to achieve smooth and efficient production operations.


We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, who can effectively monitor production schedules and targets, and take corrective actions as needed to meet customer requirements.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of safety procedures, equipment operation, and manufacturing processes, and be able to train new employees on these critical areas.


This position also requires the ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and productivity, and to coordinate with other departments to ensure timely availability of materials and resources for production.


The Multifaceted Manufacturing Supervisor will also be responsible for performing regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.


In addition, this role involves effective communication with team members, management, and cross-functional teams to address any issues and drive continuous improvement.


We require the successful candidate to have a strong commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in the wafer fab/semiconductor industry.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
