Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development, quality control, and lean management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and practices
  • Design tools and fixtures using CAD and programming
  • Operate high-tech equipment, including furnaces, machines, and waterjet
  • Support staff training and line operator development on manufacturing processes
  • Deploy design of experiment and statistical control for key processes
  • Develop and execute validation plans and proper documentation control
  • Participate in cost reduction, quality improvement, safety awareness, and other activities for continual improvement

  • Team leadership and staff development
